Voltage references are a necessary part of the power management system in nearly any ASIC or SoC device. Voltage references are commonly used as a reference for various PMU blocks such as LDOs, op amps, comparators, data converters, and many other analog and mixed-signal functions. The main purpose of a voltage reference is to provide a constant voltage over process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) variation. Additionally, low power consumption and good power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) are part of a high-performance and reliable voltage reference.
We offer several different voltage references, optimized for PMUs integrated on-die in ASICs or SoCs.
